Joining the ProgramBy filling out the signup form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Revocation of Affiliate StatusYour affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: * Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) * Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) * Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities. * Violation of intellectual property rights. * Subliminal advertising and subliminal methods. * Blackhat Marketing and Blackhat SEO (you are responsible for using only whitehat tactics and marketing campaigns). * Stealing traffic from other companies * Using the names of other companies in your marketing campaigns header, title, description, keywords, tags, etcs. * Using misleading titles, description and tags in video marketing. * Using email marketing without utilization of double opt-in methods. * Utilizing any form of the Can-Spam like systems and policies from other forms of marketers. * Misleading prospects into sales. * Lying about the company Increase Your Portion (Social Portion), it's programmers, founders, CEO, president, other affiliates and/or affiliated companies and companies IYP is advertised upon. * Lying about the amount one makes to deceive others. * Spreading lies and rumors about the companies involved in Increase Your Portion (Social Portion). * Using false and/or paid testimonials to gain signups. * Attempting to find or abusing exploits, holes, etc that may or may not exist within the system. * Giving away free commercial merchandise, software and/or services to friends, family, colleges and acquaintances. * Advertising Pornographic or Adult Material within your social profiles and space of free services on Increase Your Portion (Social Portion) and all affiliated systems, companies and programs. * Promoting illegal activities, hate speech, racism, drugs, drug trafficking, child pornography, software piracy, serial keys, keygens, viruses, exploits, hacks and any other illegal and immoral activity. * Using the hosting solutions, services and features within the IYP software to spread the previous noted activites and illegalities.* Using IYP's social network to cross promote into other programs by the members of IYP themselves. Private Messages, Comments, etc promoting other programs to members privately is considered spam. All IP numbers are logged throughout the system and you waive any and all rights to use of IYP's services if you do perform spam in this form. Members here are not to be disturbed. If you wish to promote an affiliate or MLM program, use your social profile to do so, no need to spam. We will syndicate your blogs, albums, profile, social bookmarks, etc to over 1 million websites each and every week to get you top placement within the Google search engine, so there is absolutely no need for spam since we can drive you organic traffic just by being social and posting content for us to syndicate.3. Affiliate LinksYou may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newpapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in section 2.4. Affiliate TrackingWhen a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.You cannot hold Increase Your Portion (Social Portion) nor any of it's affiliate companies, services, advertisers, etc liable for the loss of sales due to potential clients and prospects clinking on an affiliate link from another affiliate. We cannot and will not move this affiliate once they have created their account with the company. If this individual wishes to be within your team, they will be required to cancel their account and forfeit any refund to switch teams.5. Terms of the agreementThese terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.You also understand and agree that it is solely your responsibility to understand the Increase Your Portion (Social Portion) products and services offered fully by your own use and experience with the services and products offered. It is also your responsibility to keep up to date with the laws and relations of Multi Level Marketing/Affiliate Marketing in your local city, county, state, and country governments including the laws governing MLM companies within the United States of America to be in full compliance of your international home based business.Any violations of regulations mentioned in the above sections being reported through the Support Ticket System will give you full notice to clean up and correct the details and information and straight up for a period of one week grace period before being banned by the system with full htaccess ban server and network side. It will then be your responsibility to cancel any subscriptions to Increase Your Portion (Social Portion) and any affiliated systems. Failure to do so will result in another subscription payment being sent and will be henceforth considered donation and will not be refunded.6. Signup Bonuses / CreditsUpon signing up with our program, you may or may not receive signup bonuses or credits to your affiliate account. These can amount to some form of cash equivalent or awarded as an additional slot within the first level of your downline through company performed advertisements. These signup bonuses or credits will only be paid out when you have reached the minimum payout amount designated by our Affiliate Program. You cannot redeem these credits for anything else other than what they are, and will not be dispersed until you have generated enough commissions that is equal or greater than the minimum payout amount. If you do not generate any commissions at all within a period of 1 year, our company reserves the right to revoke and cancel any signup bonuses credited to your affiliate account due to lack of performance.7. LiabilityWe will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.8. Social Network ProfilesYou understand and agree to never link to any illegal nor pornographic files nor upload such. This includes by not limited to the following: Viruses (Virii), Pirated Software, Software Keys and Serials, Warez, Torrents, Torrent Trackers, Child Porn, Erotic Art, any photos or videos of a sexual nature, hate speech, racial speech, fraudulent websites, scam programs, copyrighted material you don't own intellectual property rights to unless given specific written permission by the artist or author, etc, etc.You will not use the social network itself to spam people into getting into other programs not supported by IYP, it's social network and marketing system within the social network. Profiles are allowed to have link backs to referral URL's for our supported programs and pending supported programs.You also agree to keep your profiles in a clean nature and never go above the PG 13 rating. Please avoid negativity, racial speech and slurs, hate speech of any kind, flame wars, sexual conduct, etc. away from the social network. You also agree that you will not evade the automatic word censorships within the social network itself.9. Privacy PolicyWe within the administration of Increase Your Portion and it's various names, domain names, sister sites, partners, affiliated sites, etc in which the program owners and their contracted and hired staff will not sell, trade nor rent any of your personal information nor will we use your personal information to send you spam. Your information will not be used for marketing research and will not be used for anything other than the purpose of being able to identify you for support tickets and account related settings requiring an administrator eye.IYP and administration however do reserve the right to give your personally identifiable information to the proper authorities (FBI, CIA, Local Police and other law authorities, etc). We will comply with the authorities and help them provided they can provide proof of belonging to the respective agency in question. Upon request of your personal and proprietary information, you will be notified the authorities are/have requested your personal information UNLESS it would interfere with the judiciary process.10. Refund PolicyWe at Increase Your Portion offer a 7 days buyers remorse period except when the 7 days runs through Pay day the 15th through 17th in which the refund needs to be requested before the 7th. All account subscriptions cancelled within the payment processors are a voluntary account cancellation and forfeit of any profits and commissions earned within your affiliate account and lost access to the social network causing your social profiles to be deleted.Violators of the Terms of Service herein will not be awarded any refunds as all violations of the Terms of Service are considered a forfeit of refund rights. Upon being banned from Increase Your Portion (Social Portion) and any of it's affiliate companies, services, etc you understand you are fully responsible for cancelling any and all subscriptions within any payment processor used during your registration or activation of your affiliate account/s. Failure to do so will be considered donation and will not be refunded.11. Spam PolicyYou understand and agree that you will not use any of the services contained on IYP to spam or send unsolicited emails to anyone. All emails must be requested or used via Double Opt-In Safelists. Utilization of the Can-Spam act will have a zero tolerance towards spam.You also agree that you will not utilize the downline email function within Affiliate Tools to send promotions of other paid programs, MLM's and systems to your downline and will only use the Email Downline tool in order to help keep communication going between you and your downline and to help your downline grow by giving them tips and help, not dragging them from place to place.You also agree that you will not use the email downline tool to defame or otherwise attempt at destroying IYP and it's reputation.We have a zero tolerance policy for spammers. Any and all emails sent out regarding the Increase Your Portion social network and any service, feature or function within the system must have an unsubscribe button or link that's fully functioning and must remove the spammed individual from any and all mailing lists you own instantly upon receipt. You may not place your downline's email addresses into a list for your own marketing benefit as those email addresses are available ONLY to help them grow their own businesses underneath you and to keep communication only, nothing more.Spammers risk having their account/s deleted and compressed with or without notice and forfeit all possible refunds even if within the 7 day buyer's remorse policy. Banned spammers must comply and understand the above and previously mentioned refund policies and must cancel any and all subscriptions from all payment processors to the company, failure to do so will result in future submitted payments to be forfeitted of refund rights and considered as donation by the company.12. LegitimacyYou understand and agree that you must be completely in full compliance with all local, state and federal laws within the United States of America and within the country of origin in which you reside if outside of the U.S.13. TaxationYou are completely responsible for keeping up-to-date with all records of all profits, expenditures, and all taxible income coming through Increase Your Portion (Social Portion) and any and all of it's affiliate networks, partners, sister companies, etc. You understand that Increase Your Portion and it's subsidary companies do not keep track nor report your income as it's your own sole responsibility to keep track of these details and report them accordingly to your government for taxation purposes.Failure to report such taxable income to the governmental authorities on your own behalf is not failure of the IYP company and you cannot hold Increase Your Portion, Social Portion, affiliate and network companies, sister companies, side projects, CEO, president, programmers and developers nor any other affiliate nor staff member of the IYP company liable for the failure to report your income. Failure to report taxable income is by fault of the affiliate themselves and you agree to this upon checking the box and signing up.14. Blackhat TacticsAny use of the tactics or violations listed and mentioned within section 2 can be reported by any individual and will be thoroughly investigated for compliance and accuracy. By chance an IYP Affiliate has resulted into using Blackhat Tactics, Deceiving others, lying, socially manipulating for signups, subliminal advertising, stealing traffic, etc will be investigated and, depending on severity, will be contacted or immediately banned from IYP via htaccess network wide.These tactics includes but not limited to marketing on: Youtube, ViralTofu, Metacafe, Blip.TV, Revvr, Google Video, Blogger, Blogspot, Wordpress.com, Twitter, Skype, MSN/LIVE, Yahoo, ICQ, Geocities, AngelFire, forums, personal/private messages, email, etc using misleading and deceitful tactics.15. Criminal ProsecutionAny and all criminals will prosecuted to the fullest extent possible by law. This includes but not limited to: Illegal Hacking, Exploiting the System, Stealing From the Company, Piracy, Drug Trafficking, Terrorist Activities, etc.16. ContentIncrease Your Portion (Social Portion) and all affiliated companies, sister companies, etc are not possibly able to keep track of each and every individual within the system on a personal level, that's impossible. It's the affiliate's responsibility to make sure their social profile and the use of the IYP services are for legal means, any reports of profiles and other hosted services of illegal content or violations of the ToS thereforth will be investigated upon receipt from the ticket system in place and will judge and place forth appropriate actions based on severity.17. GuarenteesIncrease Your Portion (Social Portion) nor any of it's affiliated nor sister companies and network partners guarentee success within the MLM world, not even within the IYP system itself. Results between affiliates and marketers will vary from person to person, town to town, country to country, individual to individual.We in IYP and our partners herein do not and will not guarentee anyone success nor extreme riches within our system nor by using our system. Results of commissions, payouts, status, etc all depend solely on the affiliate and the affiliate's marketing efforts and cannot hold IYP nor any of it's partners nor networks liable for loss of income thereafter due to lack of success.You understand and agree with this fact that IYP does not guarentee success, riches, etc and understand that IYP is not a get rich quick scheme and the like but a legitimate home based business opportunity built into it's services.18. What Increase Your Portion is NotThe Increase Your Portion system, services, partners, networks, etc are not a: Get Rich Quick Scheme, Pyramid Scheme, Ponzi Scheme, Cash Gifting Ring nor is IYP a scam.19. Terms of Service ChangesIt is the responsibility of the affiliates themselves to keep up to date with the Terms of Service here at IYP. The Terms of Service can change at any time with or without prior notice. You understand and agree that you will personally keep up to date with the ToS and comply with all sections within this Terms of Service Agreement and all Laws within the United States of America and your own local and federal government laws and abide by them accordingly.Failure to follow the Terms of Service regardless of ignorance of certain changes within the ToS does not change the fact that the ToS was violated by an affiliate and is not considered an excuse and will continue to be judged accordingly as if the affiliate/s knew and understood the Terms of Service listed here by heart.
